A captivatingly twinkly vintage Diamond and Platinum solitaire engagement ring. The loveliest old hand cut Diamond (cut in the way) mounted in a coronet with slimly tapered rose-cut Diamond set shoulders, all is very fine and the design well balanced for both beauty and symmetry. The natural antique Diamond is a charming slight oval shape and measures at around 0.75ct judged using a Schindler gauge, and although nicely white does display some natural inclusions which would have formed as the Diamond itself did around two billion years ago (look closely at our magnified photographs). Many hours of work have gone into her creation and she is a fabulous choice both ethically (bonus points) and in terms of individuality. This piece dates to around the 1920's/30's and it would be very special to give her a new home. The ring size can easily be altered to suit if you leave us a message on your order form, it measures an 'N' or '6.75' as is.
